Refund Policy

All sales are considered final in most cases after the customer has sent payment and the order has been shipped. Atlantis Laboratory does not accept returns for any item for any reason. Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:

If an order has not shipped, a customer may request to have his or her order cancelled and payment refunded.

If an order has arrived broken or damaged, the product will be replaced at no cost to the customer if the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request proof of the condition of the item before sending replacement. If an item cannot be replaced, the item may be refunded.

We do not offer refunds as a policy for any other reason. We may, at our own discretion, offer a refund to a customer for any reason, but reserve the right to refuse unless the order has not shipped or the order has arrived damaged or broken and cannot be replaced.
